A travel map that stays yours.

Arrivao Tracker drops an interactive world map onto any page, where visitors mark the countries and territories they've been. No account, no sign-up, no server — every pin lives in their own browser until they choose to export it.

What's inside

More than a map to colour in.

A self-contained tracker that turns "where have I been?" into a shareable picture — with the detail to make it personal and the exports to keep it.

The map

Real world geography

An interactive SVG map built on production Natural Earth topology, keyed by ISO country code, with country and territory states.

Detail

Subdivisions & trips

Mark subdivisions, add optional trip dates and notes, and filter to just the last ten years to see how your travel has changed.

Stats

Live travel summary

Live counts and a generated travel summary turn your map into numbers worth sharing — countries, regions, and coverage.

Export

PDF, image & JSON

Export the map as a PDF or image to share, or as JSON to keep a portable copy of your data — on your terms, when you choose.

Setup

One shortcode

Drop [arrivao_tracker] onto any page. It renders a complete, self-contained tracker with no extra configuration.

Reliable

Hosting-proof loading

Bundled inline data and REST/AJAX fallbacks mean the map initialises even on hosts that block direct plugin file access.

🔒

Privacy isn't a feature here. It's the whole design.

There's no account system, no email gate, no paywall, and no analytics. Travel data lives in the visitor's browser under localStorage, with a session-only fallback — nothing is stored on your server, and nothing leaves the browser unless they export it themselves.

Installation

One shortcode and you're done.

A standard WordPress plugin — install, activate, drop in the shortcode. No settings to wrangle.

1
Install the plugin Upload the arrivao-tracker folder under Plugins → Add New → Upload, then activate it.
2
Create a page Make a new page — for example /tracker — to give the map a home on your site.
3
Add the shortcode Drop [arrivao_tracker] into the page. The full tracker renders instantly, no config needed.
4
Share it Visitors start marking countries right away. Their data stays in their browser until they export it.
